(I was up at 6 today and had a busy day until 12 so I was hungry and as I was out n about I bought random bits in the shops, I was also very dizzy and needed to sugar to pick me back up, but when I look at all the unhealthy snacks I realize I need to prep more, bring some lunch boxes of fruit or nut’s with me, banana’s, crackers, those sort of low sugar snacks so that I am not consuming so much processed sugars)
