Just a quick update to let you all know that there will no longer be a ‘daily diet‘ update for two weeks.
*sobs* . . .I kid.
I have been eating a lot of sugary foods etc and posting it all on this blog daily.
It has made me think about all the food I eat a bit too much. As I previously suffered from an eating disorder I fear I am bringing up a dark past by keeping these habits going, so for now, I have to let this part go for a while.
So for the next two weeks, or maybe forever, I am going to help myself by not posting a daily diet update and hopefully Ill be feeling healthier by then and will have cut back on my sugar intake.
