A healthy breakfast is something I always have.
I always start my days off healthy with either eggs, toast, cereal, or fruit & yogurt, or even a lovely fruit scone.
I tend to go down hill as the day goes on though, Come 4pm onward? My sugar cravings hit me, and I can’t beat them, I’m addicted, sweets, chocolate, ice cream. My loves.
To make this quick easy breakfast all you need is the following :
- Drop of Milk
- 2 x Eggs
- Sprinkle of Pepper
- 2 x Slice of bread.
- Mix your eggs & a small bit of milk in a mug, pour into a hot pot with oil/butter heated in the pan.
- Keep whisking while cooking until the eggs look like the picture.
- Take off the hob before the eggs look fully cooked as they can easily burn.
- Toast your bread, spread your butter on top. Nom Nom Nom!
I tend to put the eggs on top and make an egg sandwich.
