When I feel anxious? Stressed? Worried? Sometimes it consumes me && it is all I can think about.
It took me a long time to realize when I was feeling those things, but now I know how to recognize those feelings and I know what to do for myself when that happens.
It would be great if everyone knew what helps them relax, there are so many people who get worried and stressed over various situations and don’t know what to do or how to react. Understandable.
So the basis of this video is to tell you all what I do to relax for myself.
