A quick and easy vegetarian meal. Something you can make for many people for very cheap!
Ingredients : Serves x 2
- 150 grams of Brown Rice
- Half an Onion
- Cup full of Peas
- 1 Egg
- Boil your rice covered by an inch of water for 20 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Fry your onion until cooked through.
- Add your rice and peas and cook for 5 minutes.
- Push all of your rice/peas/onion mixture to the side, crack your egg into the pan, leave to sit for 10 seconds or so. Begin to whisk and mix in the egg with the rest of the ingredients. Fry for a further 2 minutes.
