“Italian Christmas Seafood Dish”

Yup. This dinner was just, make do with what you got. Random I know but I enjoyed it.

Ingredients : Serves x 1 

  • 1 x Salmon Fillet
  • 3 x Tagliatelle Nests
  • Handful of Sprouts
  • Pine Nuts
  • Cheese

Method : 

  1. Wrap salmon in tin foil and oven cook for 20 mins.
  2. After 10 mins, boil tagliatelle & sprouts in one pot for 10 minutes.
  3. Pop it all on the plate, sprinkle cheese/pine nuts/salt over pasta.

  1. Want a little more sauce.. have an onion cut with some oil in pan if you got one a carlic. Tomatoes all ways work, just leave skin out…
    just fry till nice and glassy and soft.. toss in beans and last your salmon fry just a hint of water to clean pan.. tagliatelle in toss and plate.

    That is if one likes it.. cream instead of water.. sun dried tomatoes ansjofish for a bit salt… spinach is a great veg.

      1. Just put them in hot water with a little cross cut in their bottom After a while (10 minutes approx) you see the cut curl up a little toss in cold water and peel…
        Or cut in quarters have a knife from tip to tip runs as close to the skin as you can.

        Most juice will evaporate or use fleshy tomatoes *wink*
