Vegetarian Sausages & Pasta With Vegetables

pasta2Ingredients : Serves x 1

  • Wholewheat Pasta (one portion)
  • 2 Vegetarian Sausages
  • Pasta Sauce (whichever you prefer, I used leftover pasta bake sauce)
  • 1 Onion
  • Handfull of Mangetout
  • Half a Red & Green Pepper
  • Mozzarella Cheese

 

 

Method :

  1. Pre-Heat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Pop your 2 Vegetarian sausages on a tray & into the oven  for 15 mins.
  2. While the sausages are cooking. Boil your pasta for 10 mins & heat up your sauce with 3 – 4 mins to go.
  3. Chop your veg. Fry in a hot pan for 5 mins.
  4. Add your pasta & vegetables to your pot of sauce & stir. Place onto a plate
  5. Sprinkle over your cheese and add your sausages on top

Almost 😉 I would try to opt for a jar of plain pasata tomato sauce as that one probably has sugar and additives and is owned by the bad boys ‘monsanto’.. or you could make your own with fresh tomatoes or a can of tomatoes with lots of herbs, garlic and olive oil 😊 Then instead of that cheese I would use a sprinkle of nutritional yeast or make parmesan which is meant to be so easy except I have not tried yet as boyfriend is allergic to cashews. Nice meal though and that last video you posted showed kerrys real beautym good work x
