Alanna’s Lifestyle Change. What’s That?

Well. I’m venturing on an aul ‘Lifestyle Change’ for myself.

What does that mean? Well for me. Right now? All round?

I don’t feel as good as I know I can. Last year I focused on exercise/eating well/sleeping well/creativity for a good solid 2 month’s? and I felt stronger, happier, more focused, more like the ‘Alanna’ I strive to be. I honestly felt so good. Then I started slacking, eating more junk food again, staying up way too late, stopped exercising and fell back into a slump. I do this often. It’s a cycle Iv’e been in for a few years now.

So how do I be the Alanna I want to be forever?? I make slow, but steady changes, like try include more vegetables everyday, do more exercise, like doing 20 minutes of stretching everyday, make more video’s, plan one cycle a week so I know I’ll be outside in nature which makes me happy, and also make sure I put my phone away early at night so I get a nice sound sleep…and much more. Little Things.

As my good friend would say take ‘baby steps’ and you’ll get to be where you want to be. So that’s what I’m doing. I’m going to document how I go for the whole next year by uploading weekly video’s  to my ‘Lifestyle’ section on  my YouTube Channel.
