Food Diary | I Am Embarrassed By It…but hey…here it is.

Below is a food diary of all the food I ate the first two weeks in January.

You know it’s not the worst, and it’s in no way the best. (I myself believe I eat too much sugary processed foods and no where near enough of the good stuff – dem greens tho)

This was me actually trying to eat a bit better. Over Christmas it was basically chocolate followed by chocolate by more chocolate. You know what helps me not eat so much chocolate all at once? Having a routine. I try my best to stick to a routine that suits me, but I swerve off that routine too often. I’m not saying ‘ I don’t want to eat chocolate anymore’ or anything. I just need to make sure I eat some good stuff more often to balance it all out.

I hope to update this food diary in another two week && for it to be full of healthy foods & loads of fruit & veggies! I hope to lessen the amount of sugary things I eat…Well I’ll for sure try anyway.

Sunday January 1st 

Cinnamon & Raisin Bagel W/Peanut Butter & Jam. Glass of Orange Juice.

Galaxay Caramel Bar.

Leftover bowl of Carbonara

Roast Spuds/Mash/Vegetables/Gravy.

8 Quality Street. 2 Portions of Pringles.

Can Club Orange. Carton of Mooju.

Monday  January 2nd

Bran Flakes with Raisins. Glass of OJ.

Crunch Corner. 4 Jaffa Cakes.

Koka Noodles W/Cheese

Packet of Hunky Dory’s. Packet of Mini Marshmallows.

Carton of Chocolate milk x 2

Apple Slices with Peanut Butter.

Tuesday January 3rd

Apple Slices with Peanut Butter. Glass of OJ.

Pasta with Vegetables/Cheese

Bag of Crisps.

Carbonara with Mushrooms

8 Pieces of Terry’s Chocolate Orange. 1 Glass of Club Lemon. Big handful of Pringles.

Wednesday January 4th

Apple Slices with Peanut Butter. Glass of OJ. 3 Handful’a of Mixed Nuts & Raisins.

3 Slices of Bread/Butter/Jam. Carton of chocolate Milk.

MJ’S Veggie Burger & Chips Take Away.

Crunch Corner Yogurt. 3 Fancy Chocolates.

Thursday January 5th 

2 Slices of Brown Bread with Peanut Butter & Jam. Appl. Glass of OJ.

Cheese/Lettuce/Tomatoe Toastie with Coleslaw & Chips. Carton Of Chocolate Milk.

4 Star Pizza & Wedges & Garlic Pizza Bread.

Gingerbread Man Biscuit. Chocolate Muffin.

Friday January 6th 

Chocolate Crossaint & Carton of Chocolate Milk.

4 Cheesey Crackers & Bowl of Natural Yogurt with Mixed Fruit.

Glass of Oj.

Vegetable Lasagna & Some Rice. Glass of Schloer.

Portion of Trifle.

Dairy Milk Oreo Bar.

Saturday January 7th

2 Slices of Bread with Peanut Butter & Jam

Apple Slices with Peanut Butter & A Carton of Chocolate Milk.

Cheese/Spinach/Pepper/Tomato Pasta. Half a Garlic Bread Loaf.

4 Jaffa Cakes.

Big Handful of Haribo Jellies.

Loads of Pringles & Dip.

Sunday January 8th

Bran Flakes. Apple Slices with Peanut Butter.

Crunch Corner. Carton of Chocolate Milk.

2 Ferrero Rochers. 4 Jaffa Cakes. Bag if Hunky Dory’s.

Egg Fried Rice with loads of Vegetables. Glass of Club Lemon.

Slice of Christmas Cake.

Monday January 9th

Bowl Of Bran Flakes w/Raisins & a handful of nuts. Glass Of Oj.

Banana. Crunch Corner Yoghurt. Carton Of Chocolate Milk.

2 Slices of Toast with Peanut Butter & Jam.

Egg Fried Rice with loads vegetables.

Crisps. Taxi Chocolate Bar. Reese Pieces Peanut Butter Cups.

Tuesday January 10th

Bowl of Grapes/Blueberries/Banana/Mixed Nuts

2 Slices of Bread with Peanut Butter & Jam. Carton Of Chocolate Milk.

Crunch Corner Yoghurt.

Pasta with Mushrooms/Tomatoes/Pesto/Cheese.

Bag of Hunky Dory’s Crisps. 4 Fancy Chocolates.

Wednesday 11th January

Bowl of Grapes/Blueberries/Mixed Nuts. Glass of OJ.

2 Slices of Toast with Peanut Butter & Jam. Carton of Chocolate Milk.

6 Pieces of Terry’s Chocolate Orange.

Pasta with Mushrooms/Onions/Tomatoes/Cheese.

4 Fancy Chocolates. Crunch Corner Yoghurt.

Thursday January 12th

Bowl of Bran Flakes with Raisins. Slice of Brown Bread with Honey. Glass of OJ.

10 Tuc Crackers. Freddo Bar.

Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows.

Goats Cheese Tartlet with Salad and Sweet Potato Fries.

Shared a Brownie with Ice Cream

Friday January 13th 

2 Slices of Brown Bread with Peanut Butter & Jam. Carton of Chocolate Milk.

Apple. Banana.

5 Fancy Chocolates

Fried Potatoes w Garlic/Onions/Cheese. (4 Potatoes) with Pink Sauce.

Nutri Grain Bar. Crunch Corner Yogurt.

2 Club Lemon’s.

Saturday January 14th

Fruit Scone with Butter. Glass of OJ.

Wrap with Tomatoes/Cheese/Rocket. Bag of Crisps.

Rice with Vegetables & Curry Sauce.

Slice of Four Star Pizza.

Creme Egg. Bag of Peanut M&Ms.
