Above is my second update video for my personal ‘lifestyle change’. These video’s are about me trying to do things I want to do for myself each week, in the hopes of having a more personally fulfilling life. Sometimes we forget to make ourselves happy, so this is my way of helping myself. What’s one little thing you could do for yourself every week that you know would lift your mood a bit?….Do it.
This week I spoke about how my week went, how there are some things I did and didn’t do, regarding exercise/diet/sleep PLUS I show you a nice meal I made for myself during the week!
Next week I hope to have gone on a cycle (and to bring you with me) I hope to eat less sugary/processed food && to maybe even do some more writing – which I forgot to speak about in this video. Here’s to trying!
